A few weeks ago I popped down to the November launch of The House of Peroni to see how it had been transformed since it’s initial launch in July this year. Boy, do these guys know how to throw a party. From Peroni infused cocktails and michelin starred chefs, to an in-house cinema and the best in Italian film, fashion and photography, the opening night of Peroni’s latest cultural offering didn’t disappoint.
It was amazing to see how the entire house had been completely transformed and the focus shifted towards fashion and cinema – an impressive display of how the concept of ‘a new wave of Italian culture’ could be used time and again to reinvent the house.
Events are running until Saturday 30th November so there’s still a few days left to head down and sample the bespoke drinks menu from Gerry Calabrese, catch a film in the cinema, or sample the Costardi brother’s finest in The Kitchen. There’s even a DJ playing this Friday (29th November) and there’s no admission fee – sounds like a good excuse to me.
