Baroque

February 27, 2013

A few months ago whilst visiting my parents I got dragged to a little town in Essex called Saffron Walden. At the time I wasn’t keen on the idea – I love nothing more when at my parents’ than lounging on the sofa with my dog. I was tempted by the promise of a free lunch and a few glasses of wine though, and found myself on a really cute high street lined with tea rooms, brilliant charity shops bursting with bargains, and most importantly, an amazing vintage store.

I picked up this baroque print Karen Millen blazer for a mere Β£25, and naturally, feeling like an eagle-eyed bargain hunter after that absolute steal, I trawled through the rails of every charity shop in the area. Needless to say I was rather pleased I’d ventured out that day, and the blazer is now a wardrobe staple.
